A short stroll from all of the homes, when fully built out it will consist of more than a dozen two-story buildings consisting of restaurants, art galleries, a grocery store, pharmacy, picture show, hardware store, general store, and an office building or two. Most of these buildings will be retail or storefront below, and residential/loft space above. A non-denominational chapel frames an almost 300 yard long line of site from the front door. The elliptical shaped grass rotunda will be the location for many concerts, movies on the lawn, political rallies, and art lessons. The entire neighborhood is designed to encourage walking. How nice to walk up to dinner, catch a show and an ice cream cone on the way home.
