fully built out it will feature twelve buildings, numerous
restaurants, art galleries, offices, a grocery and market and much
more. Numerous loft apartments are located above retail spaces.
Currently our anchor businesses are Emileigh's Table Restaurant and
Tin Pan Alley Antiques.
"Emileigh's is open Tuesday-Sunday for lunch and
Thursday-Sunday for dinner. They offer
full plate lunches as well as salads, fruit, and gourmet "to go"
items. The restaurant can be rented for private functions and they
offer the best catering in the area. Tin Pan Alley is a very unique
arts and antique store that constantly changes its inventory. Tables,
beds, light fixtures, antique tools, antique metal signs, estate
jewelry and lots more. Obie Clark's pottery and Alice Hammell's art
are featured in the store.
Centered in the middle of the Plein Air commercial district is a stage
overlooking the town green. We have numerous free concerts throughout
the year and an outdoor movie series is coming soon.
